    Shipping Fulfillment

    Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

    Items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale.

    We're happy to accept returns from within the contiguous Lithuania. on full priced items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the items are not washed or worn. Items discounted at 40% off or higher are final sale. A flat $7 return shipment fee will be deducted from returns. Exchanges are free. 

    Noncontiguous and International orders including but not limited to Puerto Rico & Hawaii are not refundable & will be considered final sale. 

     

    Shipping Destinations

    We ship orders to all Lithuania and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. Orders shipped to PO boxes can not be expedited.

    Warm, cozy, versatile, and beautiful!

    I have two of the Este Capes (in Heather Natural and Heather Charcoal) and I love them both. They are very soft and cuddly, super warm and not scratchy. They are exactly as pictured, although the Natural Heather one has a very subtle bit of soft pink in the light colored part of it. They are elegant enough to wear out and cozy enough to wear at home with sweats. I never wear a new garment before washing it first because of chemicals that are used in manufacturing and shipping, and I washed each of these, folded withe the inner sides out, in a mesh bags that just barely fit, on a short cycle in the wash, then air-dried them. They look as good as new. I love these so much that if breathalysercanada came out with a blanket or throw like them, I'd get it immediately!
